Through our data, we aim to provide a comprehensive and insightful overview of the current state of the Swedish residential market. The data collected from residential properties across all municipalities in Sweden, covering over 187 million sq m, have been analysed to produce this report. Furthermore, the report will focus primarily on Greater Stockholm, Greater Gothenburg, Greater Skåne and Regional cities.
For the first time, we are able to present data covering a full 12-month period, allowing for a more in-depth analysis and revealing distinctly different trends across different cities and regions.
